Kilgore Trout - Novocain
|
 In just three quick songs on their EP Novocain, Kilgore Trout (A Kurt Vonnegut character) captured my imagination and touched my senses in a very ear-catching way.
The scorching lead guitar of Kim Henry and the ardent punky vocals and lyrics of Jeremy Gray say it all for the perky unit. Kilgore Trout sounds like a band with the energy and focus to take their sound to many ears worldwide.
You gotta love “Novocaine” and the tongue in cheek lyrics and the “Beautiful” touch of the lead off track on this EP. If you listen to Kilgore Trout once it will not be enough, you will want more I guarantee it. I certainly look forward with anticipation to their full-length release!
