IMA - Changes ‘Comin
|
 Lisa Thorton has been an inspired writer since the age of five. After years of honing her skills, it is no wonder her music and lyrics bite and snap like a rolled up wet towel against the air. In five songs, Thorton and her firecracker band manage to cover the scope of the musical sphere in an impressive 17 minutes and 41 seconds.
This rock ‘n’ roll girl knows exactly what she is doing and where she is going. The roots of her sound are in country and a good solid helping of rock, then a just enough modern flair and polish to give her a state-of-the-art crossover edge that many artists do not have.
She is in search of a label that will take her under their wing to give her a shot at the prize that all recording artists seek. I am sure if someone hears this EP she will get serious consideration for that opportunity.
